We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, making our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient as it was near three metro stations and several bus stops, allowing for easy transportation around the city. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants in the proximity for dining options. The hotel's breakfast was delicious and worth the money. Additionally, the hotel offered parking facilities, making it convenient for travelers with their own vehicles. this hotel provided excellent value for money.

Amazing location close to multiple metro stations and bus stops. Excellent food at the small noodles place in front of the hotel. Convenient suite rooms for families with cot provided free of charge. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, especially after reading some negative reviews. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff was very helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist. One of the best aspects was the convenient location, which made it easy to explore the city. the hotel offered a good breakfast with both Western and Eastern options, giving guests the opportunity to try local cuisine.

There were a few minor downsides to the hotel. The air conditioning in the room was not very effective, and it didn't provide cool air.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to West Nanjing subway station and not far from People's Square or the Jing'an shopping area. the restaurant in the hotel is a good option for English-speaking guests, as they are able to speak a little bit of English. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with amenities like complimentary toiletries and slippers provided. Guests can also enjoy a decent breakfast and great views, such as the stunning view of the ring road at night, from the hotel.

Some rooms may have a lingering smell of smoke, which can be unpleasant for non-smoking guests.

Spent Christmas here and overall it was a decent experience. the location was great, near a subway station and easily accessible to different parts of the city. the free bottled water and daily cleaning were nice touches. the bed was also comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after exploring the city all day.

The bathroom was a bit cramped and could definitely use some maintenance. the air conditioning was also a bit weak and required being on full blast most of the time.

the location couldn't have been more perfect. It was so close to the subway lines, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Moreover, we were delighted to find that it was just a short distance from Pudong airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Secondly, the service at this place was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the 24-hour room service to the bell staff/porter who assisted with our luggage, every detail was taken care of. Lastly, the hotel amenities were top-notch. We loved the room amenities such as the air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe. The dining options, including the restaurant and bar/lounge area, were excellent. All in all, our experience here was nothing short of superb.

In summary, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location, service, and amenities were all exceptional.
